Michael Lohan's rep confirms to E! News that his girlfriend Kate Major gave birth to their first child together, a baby boy, today at a Florida hospital. "God is good," he told us.?

The actress is facing three misdemeanor counts involving a car crash last June. She was charged in the incident for willfully resisting, obstruction, providing false information to an officer and reckless driving. Her probation remained revoked.?
